Refund policy

Once orders are placed we cannot cancel or modify your order! 

All sales are final! No exchanges or returns unless you were shipped the incorrect item, size, or there was a manufacturing issue. 

You can always contact us for any sizing help prior to ordering!

All sales are Final Sale. 

I only insure what USPS covers, anything after that is on the buyer. If you would like additional insurance on your items please reach out via email before placing your order so I can invoice you. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 2 days of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and correct it. Tags must be attached & the items must be unworn! 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Shipping

Shipping is $8 flat on all orders! Free shipping on order over $250.00 We try and ship within 24 hours, when there are holidays/sales it may be up to 5 business days, with shipping increases, we have had to increase shipping fees as well.

Order Cancellations or Change Requests

We are not able to cancel or change orders once placed, because we do strive to ship out as soon as possible. 

Sale

There will be no extra codes used during sales, and no sale items can be returned/refunded. All sales final on any sale items!

Photos

All photos are edited and may appear to look a shade different based on the edit! We try our best to show the true colors, but sometimes an edit will be slightly brighter or darker! Make sure before purchasing if you are concerned about this to reach out for a raw photo any time!
