Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bronxandcohelp@gmail.com and we will resolve it via email. We do not return the shipping amount as that has already been paid for once the shipping label is printed!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 2 days of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All Christmas is Final Sale!

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Shipping

Shipping is $6 flat on all orders UNDER $100, and $8 on orders $101 and up to $199. Free shipping on order over $200.00 We try and ship within 24 hours, when there are holidays/sales it may be up to 5 business days, with shipping increases, we have had to increase shipping fees as well.

Order Cancellations or Change Requests

We are not able to cancel or change orders once placed, because we do strive to ship out as soon as possible. 

Sale

There will be no extra codes used during sales, and no sale items can be returned/refunded. All sales final on any sale items!

Photos

All photos are edited and may appear to look a shade different based on the edit! We try our best to show the true colors, but sometimes an edit will be slightly brighter or darker! Make sure before purchasing if you are concerned about this to reach out for a raw photo any time!
